Written profile review

Foster consultation

Neutral yard meeting

Two-week home trial

We review your household routine, resident pets, and physical fencing to identify compatible foster profiles rather than operating on a first-come queue.

Speak directly with the volunteer foster caregiver who has observed the animal's feeding habits, crate comfort, and leash manners for weeks.

Introductions occur on secure outdoor grounds with an experienced behavioral handler to evaluate natural body language and mutual engagement.

Final adoption papers are completed only after a fourteen-day decompression period inside your home with full medical coordinator support.

In Foster Care

Current rescue cohorts

These dogs and cats have completed emergency medical recovery and are currently thriving across our Central Texas foster network.

Family Perspective

Freedom Tails gave us forty pages of medical records and complete honesty about separation anxieties. We walked in prepared for the real dog, not a sales pitch.
